Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent. Due to the high value of exports, refunds and cancellations follow a structured review for compliance, traceability, and protection of both buyer and company.

  • When a Refund May Be Issued

    1. Buyer verified but later ineligible for export
    2. Compliance issue prevents transaction
    3. Vehicle unavailable before shipment. All refunds go only to the original cardholder/source.
  • When Refunds Are Not Applicable

    1. Vehicle shipped or customs cleared
    2. Export documents processed in buyer’s name
    3. Fraud/identity concerns discovered after payment.
  • Post-Payment Screening

    Each transaction is subject to post payment KYC/AML and fraud review. If it fails, the order is cancelled and refunded to original source.

  • Refund Timeframe

    Once approved, refunds are initiated; bank return times typically 7–14 business days.

  • Buyer Cancellation

    Possible before export documents/shipping arrangements begin; after that, cancellation is generally not possible.
