  2. Vehicle Condition

    • All vehicles are sold “as-is”, exported in the same condition as inspected or shown in photos/videos.
    • No post-handover warranties or mechanical guarantees are provided once the vehicle is released from the UAE port, yard, or logistics provider.
  3. Service Geography

    • We serve buyers worldwide, except those located in sanctions-restricted jurisdictions, in line with UAE and international compliance rules.
  4. KYC / AML Verification

    • Identity and ownership verification required before payment: passport/ID, company registration, trade license, proof of address, and beneficial ownership docs.
  5. Proof of Delivery

    • Delivery is complete once payment is received, shipping has commenced, and the vehicle is handed to the shipping line.
    • Upon issuance of the Bill of Lading (BL), our delivery obligation is fulfilled.
    • We are not liable for storage fees, confiscations, or delays caused by the buyer’s failure to clear the vehicle.

Refund & Returns Policy

  1. General Policy

    • Vehicle purchases are final once shipping has commenced. No refunds after the Bill of Lading (BL) is issued or the vehicle enters the shipping/loading process.
  2. When a Refund May Be Considered

    • Refunds may be reviewed only before:
      • BL issuance
      • Yard handover / port delivery
      • Shipping booking confirmation
      • Customs export finalization
    • If approved, deducted expenses (inspection, port fees, documentation, exchange rate, bank charges) may apply.
  3. Chargebacks / Fraudulent Disputes

    • Disputes raised after shipment are treated as fraudulent; legal and documentary evidence will be used to defend the transaction.
  4. Delivery & Timelines

    • Timelines vary by region, vessel, customs clearance, or force majeure. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
